Shipping Your Guitar to Us For Repair

If you are shipping an instrument to us for service and need help with proper packing, don’t hesitate to contact us for advice on packing it, especially if it’s broken.

Return Shipping

We can ship your guitar back to you by your choice of carrier and shipping method including Fed Ex Ground, UPS, DHL, USPS Priority Mail, Fed Ex. Customer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.

Estimates:

We can provide a written estimate for proposed repair and restoration work based on pictures you can upload in the repair section and description from an email or form area. If you are a local client, please contact us for an appointment to assess the repair(s) in question. Once the guitar is in hand, additional problems may be evident, requiring additional work. We will contact you with a revised estimate for approval if that occurs.

Bench Charge

All diagnostic procedures are subject to a minimum bench charge of one hour.

Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment: Paypal, Cash, Cashier’s Check or money order.

Wait Times

Each repair will be given a date of completion which will vary due to complexity and current work load.
