The Rolling Stones 14 on Fire

Finally home from the Rolling Stones 14 on Fire leg of the European Tour.  Had a great trip and got to see some amazing places and amazing gigs.  I am very thankful to have had this great opportunity to travel with such a great group, both crew and band.  One of the more memorable gigs was in Tel Aviv, Israel. It was extremely hot, on an outdoor stage that had been “baking” in the sun for a few days.  The heat radiated from the steel all through the night making for a very challenged climate to work in.  The day before the gig, a bus tour was organized to visit Jerusalem to see the Holy Land.  From landing in Ben Gurian airport to the Jerusalem visit and out again on the band charter, it was all a very moving and “awakening” tour stop.  You don’t really see that much history on the road aside from museums and the like, and this trip was definitely one I wont forget.  We flew out on 6/5/2014 and fortunately missed any of the current conflict.  Below is an overview from the band’s site that gives a nice description and thank you from the guys.
